Ms. Mincheva works at BIA‘s Legal Department since 2006.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Law from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” and a Master’s Degree in International Relations issued by Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”, jointly with University of Nancy 2, France.
