The Board of Management consists of not fewer than 15 members whom the General Assembly elects for a five-year term. The Board of Management adopts plans and programmes for the activity of BIA, organizes the implementation of the General Assembly resolutions and reports its activity to the General Assembly. The Board of Management elects President of BIA from its members who shall represent the Association in Bulgaria and abroad.
The Controlling Council consists of three members who are elected by the General assembly for a five-year term. The Controlling Council supervises the legitimacy and expedience of the implementation of BIA’s Management resolutions, as well as the proper care of its property.
