Ivana Radomirova is Executive Director and member of the Board of the Union of Brewers in Bulgaria (UBB). She graduated in Bulgarian Philology with a second major in English. Later she graduated from the UNWE - major in International Economic Relations. In the period 1986 - 1997 she worked successively at the Central Institute of Computing and Technology and at Balkanbank AD.
She has been working in the sector of non-governmental business organizations since 1998. Since 2004 she has been the Secretary General and since 2014 and currently, she is the Executive Director of the Union of Brewers in Bulgaria.
Radomirova is the head of the national partnership program of the beer industry for social responsibility and sustainable development. For over 15 years she has been managing the international projects of the Bulgarian brewers, implemented together with the European industry organisation in Brussels. Since 2014 she has been the representative of the Central and Eastern European countries in the Brewers of Europe's Communications and Sustainable Development Council.
Radomirova is a member of the CSR Advisory Council of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, the Branch Council for Social Cooperation of the Ministry of Agriculture, the National Food Council and the Conciliation Commission of the Ministry of Agriculture. She is a member of the boards of the Bulgarian Association of CSR Specialists and the National Agency for Vocational Training and Education. Radomirova is a certified internal auditor in CSR and social audit.
Ivana Radomirova is the compiler, co-author and editor-in-chief of 15 editions and numerous publications. She is the head of information and CSR campaigns awarded with 16 national prizes in social responsibility competitions. For her contribution to the local communities, she has been awarded the Old Capital Diploma of Veliko Tarnovo Municipality three times.
Married, with two children.
