The Association of the Organizations of Bulgarian Employers (AOBE) is a free union of the employers organisations that are national acknowledged as representative according to the operating legislation.

AOBE is directed towards interests consolidation of the representative employers organisations in Bulgaria at international and national level. For the time being, this task is more successfully fulfilled in international aspect. Excluding some small diversions, the rotation principle of presidency and respectively nominating a delegate at the annual International Labour Conference in Geneva (Switzerland), follows the statute stipulations.
