Three companies and one branch organization were accepted as members of BIA.

Today, 15 December 2021, the last meeting of the year of the Management Board of BIA was held.

Information on the operational activities of BIA in the period between the two regular meetings of the Management Board was presented to the members of the Board.

The Project for Priorities of the Association of the Organizations of Bulgarian Employers (AOBE) for 2022 was also discussed, when BIA will be the rotating chairman of the Association.

Three companies and one branch organization were accepted as members of BIA:

  • Coca-Cola HBC Bulgaria AD with subject of activity "production, sale, distribution and marketing of beverages for sale". Coca-Cola production in Bulgaria dates back to 1965, making it the first country in the socialist bloc to start producing the world-famous drink. Today the Coca-Cola system in Bulgaria consists of 5 legal entities: Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company Bulgaria AD, Coca-Cola Bulgaria EOOD, Coca-Cola Hellenic Business Services Organization, Coca-Cola Hellenic Group IT Services and Coca-Cola European Partners Shard Services.
  • "Unique Estates" Ltd. with subject of activity "real estate agencies". Unique Estates was established in 2006 by two partners - Vessela Ilieva and Hristo Iliev, as the first company in Bulgaria to operate in the luxury real estate market. Just a year later, in 2007, Unique Estates became an exclusive partner of Christie's Great Estates, the largest network of real estate brokers dedicated to the marketing and sale of luxury real estate. The family companies have 850 offices and nearly 35,000 sales associates in more than 35 countries. With this partnership the Bulgarian company confidently enters the international market and has the opportunity to offer its customers wonderful properties at home and abroad. Since 2016, Unique Estates has become a member of the two largest and most prestigious international real estate networks - Leading Real Estate Companies of the World and Luxury Portfolio International®.
  • Balkan Online Group EOOD - digital platform for conducting and organizing weekly online exhibitions. Balkan Fair Online is the first Balkan online fair created during a pandemic of the need to hold non-attendance events. The aim of the project is to support business, sports, culture and science in a pandemic by reaching and uniting thousands of people in weekly online fairs, which are held twice a year for each sector. Since its founding in September 2020, Balkan Online Group has organized 9 online fairs with a total of over 400 exhibiting companies, reaching over 1 million people online.
  • Association for Textile Recycling - a non-profit legal entity operating in private benefit since 2019. Currently, the Association has 15 member companies involved in the recycling of clothing and footwear. The mission of ART is to support their activities in the field of textile and footwear waste management, as well as to participate in the procedures for issuing or coordinating regulations governing the activities of textile and footwear waste management, to lobby for legislative amendments to the legislation on waste and other areas related to the activities of its members. For this purpose, the Association cooperates with local, national and international organizations with similar goals and objectives.
