Silviya Todorova is an engineer and economist with Master’s degree in chemistry and technology of materials from University of Chemical Technology and Metallurgy Sofia and Loughborough University UK. She completed a production management course in Japan. Her main qualifications include production management, public procurement procedures, defense procurement with offset, good governance, foresight technology.
Silviya Todorova is experienced in financial and economic analyses and forecasts, business-planning, risk evaluation, better regulation. She is part of the BIA’s team since 2000 with responsibilities for Entrepreneurship Department.
Since 2020 he has been the director of the Center "Entrepreneurship" and the head of the Program "Economic and Financial Affairs" at the Center.
