Tanya Boncheva has a Master's degree from „Dimitar A. Tsenov“ Academy of Economics - Svishtov in "Agricultural Economics" and from Technical University - Varna "Healthy and Safe Working Conditions".
She is currently studying for a Master's degree in "Agroecology and Plant Protection" at the Trakia University - Stara Zagora.
In the period 2000 - 2007 she was the manager of "Employment and Structural Development Company - Yambol" Ltd.
Since 1998 she has been part of the team of Regional Industrial Association - Yambol (RIA-Yambol), and since 2010 she has been its Executive Director.
Since 2012 she has been the manager of her own consulting company Business Style Correct Ltd.
Public activity:
In the period 2000 - 2023, she was successively Secretary, Vice-Chairwoman and Chairwoman of the Cooperation Council at the Directorate of the Labour Office - Yambol.
In recent years she has held the positions of Chairwoman, Vice-Chairwoman and member of the Public Councils of several of the specialized high schools in Yambol region.
