Andrey Delchev is the Executive Director of the Bulgarian Oil and Gas Association and a managing partner in the Eurolex law firm.
Andrey Delchev is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Sofia University “St. Cl. Ohridski ”. He specialized in Greece (1984, “Constitutional Law of Greece”), France (Paris, 1991, “Protection of Competition”), England (1994, “Public Administration Reform”).
Until 1990, Mr. Delchev worked as a judge in the Sofia District Court, and subsequently as Chairman of the court.
From 1991 to June 1997 he was head of the legal department of the Council of Ministers. He has participated in the creation of the new legislation in the country.
He was Director of the PHARE Project Management Group in the Council of Ministers.
For 7 years he has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Balkan Holidays International - the largest Bulgarian tour operator, with subsidiaries in twelve countries in Europe and North America.
