President
Veselin Danev manages the hotels of Libena Resorts, the main partner of Melia Hotels International in Bulgaria. With over 3,300 rooms, the group accounts for 5% of the country's hotel nights and over BGN 100 million in annual turnover.
Veselin Danev started his career at the law firm of Covington & Burling in Washington DC and rose to become an executive director at the investment bank Morgan Stanley. He managed a large farmland fund. He earned a law degree from Yale and a business administration degree from Stanford. He is a member of the New York Bar and the Bulgarian Farmland Owners Association.
