Tsvetelina Yordanova-Petrova graduated bachelor’s degree in philosophy and two master’s degrees in Information Resource Management and Organizational Behavior and Counselling in Sofia University “st. Kliement Ohridski”
She has vast experience of over than 10 years as analytical specialist, editor and manager in Bulgarian News Agency. She has worked as an expert personnel training and development and also as Human Resource Manager in a company working in the area of mechanical engineering – “Vaptech” AD, and in non-banking financial company, part of “Management Financial Group” (The holding unites leading companies, specialized in non-bank financial services in Central and Eastern Europe). She was responsible for the processes of personnel training and development, managing labor representing, recruitment, engagement and satisfaction, and managing the organizational culture.
