Kiril Jelyazkov is Executive Director of "Specialized Business Systems" (SBS) and Chairman of the Bulgarian Branch Chamber of Electronic Industry and Informatics, Chairman of the Trustees of the Foundation "John Atanasov". He is a member of the Board of BIA by April 25th, 2014. Kiril Jelyazkov was born in 1965 in Elhovo. He has three children, speaks six languages - English, French, Russian and Serbo-Croatian written and spoken, German and Hungarian - spoken.
