Vladimir Dimitrov is an economist with a master's degree in Accounting and Control.
He was Director of Container, Air and Sea Transport of Discordia OOD, diplomat and tourism attaché at the Bulgarian Embassy in Moscow, procurator of Bulgaria Holidays AD.
He is a founder and member of ENS (European Health Council), a member of NGS (Russia) - National Geographic Society and an honorary member of ANTOR (Russia) - Association of National Tourism Offices Representations.
He has a number of certificates obtained under the PHARE program, the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) and Moody International.
He was the executive director of the Bulgarian Recycling Association (BAR), a member of BIA, executive director of the Association of Recycling Industry (ARI), a member of BIA, and since 2020 is part of the BIA team engaged in the problems of the requirements for industry in terms of environmental protection.
