Rashko Rashkov graduated Mathematics from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski and holds a Masters Degree in Mathematical Modeling from the Mathematical Institute with the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. Since 1982 he has worked at BIA as an IT expert and prior to this he worked as an information technology programmer at the Automation Control Systems department with the Central Institute for Scientific and Technical Information.
Mr. Rashkov speaks French and English. He is married and has two sons.
