STANDPOINT ON THE DRAFT ORDINANCE ON REDUCING THE IMPACT OF PLASTIC PRODUCTS ON THE ENVIRONMENT

Businesses support the implementation of Directive (EU) 2019/904 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 June 2019 on reducing the impact of certain plastic products on the environment and appreciates the efforts of the team of the Ministry to prepare the draft Ordinance. We are confident that this will be a step that will accelerate the transition to a circular economy and sustainable business models.
