EESC EMPLOYERS’ GROUP PRESENTS COUNTER-OPINION ON PLATFORM WORK
Members of the European Economic and Social Committee's Employers' Group voted strongly against the EESC's opinion on the European Commission's proposal for a directive on improving working conditions across platforms and presented a counter-opinion that garnered more than a third of the votes and will be implemented to the EESC opinion.
The EESC's Employers' counter-opinion received 92 votes in favor, 139 against and 11 abstentions.
The counter-opinion was presented by Maria Mincheva, Vice President of BIA and a member of the EESC.
