FORCEMAJOR CERTIFICATE
A forcemajor certificate. The document is internationally valid. The document protects the factory that incurred some damages due to certain clauses.
Bulgarian traders are advised to include such a clause in their international contracts. The clause would enable the Bulgarian exporters to be correct with their partners. The forcemajor certificate is being issued by the Bulgarian Industrial Association.
