The developed by the BIA module will give the Employment Agency the opportunity to deliver new high quality services to every job seeker.
The Bulgarian Industrial Association (BIA) presented to the Employment Agency a newly developed electronic module “Personal profile of the job seeker” – web application for integrating the MyCompetence’s system and the information system of the Employment Agency.
The developed by the BIA module will give the Employment Agency the opportunity to deliver new high quality services to every job seeker, who would be able to actively and effectively participate in the process of describing their skills, development and implementation of their recommended plan for development and also to use free of charge, in their full functionality all of the instruments for competence assessment and e-learning resources of MyCompetence.
The module is a result of Phase 2 of Contract № 45/16.08.2016 between the BIA and the Employment Agency, financed by the project BG05M9OP001-1.004-0001-C01 “Improving the quality and efficiency of public services for vulnerable groups on the labor market and employers” under the Operational Programme "Human Resources Development 2014 - 2020", financed by the Operational Programme "Human Resources Development", co-financed by the European Union through the European Social Fund.
The subject of the contract is expanding and integrating the services of the Competence assessment system (MyCompetence) to the work of the Employment Agency and the needs of the target user groups.
On Phase 3 of the implementation of the project the Module will be tested and integrated in the activities of all labor offices of the Employment Agency.
