About the project
The Bulgarian Industrial Association launched the implementation of project "Expanding and integrating services of the information system for competence assessment MyCompetence, of the activities of the Employment Agency and needs of the target groups of users."
Within seven months BIA will develop and implement a module "personal profile of the job seeker" and will be implementing activities for integrating MyCompetence’s developed innovative functionality in the activities of labor offices of the Employment Agency.
The information system for competence assessment MyCompetence was developed in the period 2010-2015 by BIA in partnership with CITUB and CL "Podkrepa" by a project financed under the Operational Programme "Human Resources Development" (2007-2013), co-financed by the EU through the European Social Fund and European Regional Development Fund. MyCompetence is an effective tool for identifying imbalances between educational and professional standards and means of their convergence.
The system builds bridges between employers, job candidates seeking employment or aspiring to career development, by providing a link between national and European qualifications frameworks.
