RADOSVET RADEV: BULGARIAN ECONOMY IS LACKING BETWEEN 120 000 AND 150 000 PEOPLE
The lack of unqualified workforce is the discussed topic of the first edition of the TV programme “Face to face with business”.
The new series is a part of the informational campaign targeted towards creating a bridge between business and young people. The programme will give the business the opportunity to focus on the problems, which different industries are facing.
We are facing a collapse of foreign investment, according to Radosvet Radev. “Acibadem” is leaving the country, “Metro” is also reviewing its positions in Bulgaria. We have a “flag” for attraction – that is the flat tax rate, as well as the educated and skilled workforce and low wages. However, this is no longer true. Remuneration in Bulgaria is growing significantly. The workforce is also not as qualified,” explained Radosvet Radev.
