A PANEL OF INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATORS IS ESTABLISHED AT THE COURT OF ARBITRATION AT THE BIA

A panel of international arbitrators is being established at the Court of Arbitration at the BIA, which will include four lawyers with proven high professional experience - Prof. Dr. Ivan Todorov, Prof. Dr. Georgi Dimitrov, Prof. Dr. Kore Lilleholt (University of Oslo, Norway) and Adv. Valentin Savov. This was decided by the Management Board (MB) of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce (BCC) during its regular meeting today. The members of the Board highly appreciated the work of the Arbitration Court in the last six months and encouraged the court's management to expand the list of international arbitrators.
