The initial public offering of Biodit (member of BIA) became a spectacular success. More than 2.6 times the shares of the technology company were subscribed during the auction today. This is the first IPO on the market for growth of small and medium-sized companies BEAM on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.

The BSE admitted to trading a temporary issue of shares issued by Biodit for the purpose of initial public offering of up to 1 million ordinary dematerialized shares. The nominal value of one share is BGN 1.00 /one /.
