UNICE SUPPORTS THE OUTCOME OF THE INTER-INSTITUTIONAL NEGOTIATIONS ON THE FINANCIAL PERSPECTIVES 2007-2013, AGREED ON TUESDAY EVENING. THIS AGREEMENT
The President of the Bulgarian Industrial Association (BIA) Bojidar Danev attended the traditional meeting with the representatives of the business held within the 13th Meeting of the Heads of State of the Countries of Central Europe on 19 May in Varna, Riviera Club.
The summits of the Central Europe heads of state have established as useful forum for informal exchange of opinions on important issues of our time. The forum explored the topic of “The Present and the Future of Central Europe”.
After the official lunch on 19 May, the traditional meeting took place with big representatives of industry and finances from Central Europe incl. Bulgaria, where the participants focused their discussions on the “Public Private Partnership – a Key to the Building and Exploitation of the Technical Infrastructure in central Europe”. The Chairman of the Committee on Eastern European Economic Relations Dr. Klaus Mangold led the European businessmen.
Alongside with the heads of state from the Central European countries the President of Lithuania, the Prime Minister of Bulgaria and the Foreign Minister of Bulgaria also participated in the meeting with the business representatives.
