A GENERAL MEETING OF THE ECONOMIC CHAMBER – DOBRICH WAS HELD

 On March 25, 2025, in Dobrich, a regular General Meeting of the Economic Chamber - Dobrich was held. Representatives of 24 companies from Dobrich Region - members of the regional Economic Chamber, adopted the Report on the activities of the Management Board of the organization for the previous 5-year period, the financial report, the budget for the next 5 years, as well as the Guidelines for the activities of the Chamber.

The guest of the forum was the Chairman of the Bulgarian Industrial Chamber (BIA) Dobri Mitrev, who introduced the participants in the meeting to the current problems that BIA is working on in support of Bulgarian business. Mr. Mitrev emphasized the high regulatory burden, the unresolved problem with setting the minimum wage, as well as the upcoming expiration of the period in which the program for compensation of non-household consumers of electricity is valid.

The members of the General Meeting of SK-Dobrich elected a new Management Board (MB) of the organization with a mandate of 5 years. The new Board of Directors will retain three of the previous members of the council and include two new representatives of local business, thus ensuring both continuity and renewal of the association's management team.

Immediately after the General Assembly, the first meeting of the newly elected Management Board was held, at which Nikolay Radev was re-elected as Chairman of the Board.
