On December 15, HR Capital will enter the Beam growth market on the Stock Exchange, the company announced.

One share of HR Capital will cost BGN 4.48 at the initial public offering (IPO), which will take place on December 15, and the offering manager is Carol AD.

HR Capital plans to raise nearly BGN 1.5 million from the public offering by placing 330,000 new shares on the market.

If the interest of the investors reaches a resubscription of more than 1.5 times for the issue, on December 17 there will be a second offer of up to 200,000 existing shares by one of the shareholders Web Finance (related to the founder of HR Capital, Hristo Hristov) on the same minimum issue price (BGN 4.48) as in the first round, added by "Elana". As a result, the total offer could reach 550,000 shares or BGN 2.46 million. The IPO will be considered successful if at least 67.6 percent (223,200 shares) of the first offer are subscribed and paid. In case all the offered shares are subscribed, the capital of the company after the offer will increase to 3,037,733 shares, all of which will be traded on Beam and will form BGN 13.6 million potential market capitalization for the company. Proceeds from the IPO are planned for new investments, as well as to strengthen the current portfolio of companies and funds.
