BILLA PRESENTS BULGARIA’S TRADITIONAL MEAT DELICACY PRODUCTION IN A TRAVELLING EXHIBITION
Billa Bulgaria will present their travelling exhibition, which will be held In November and December 2016 in pre-selected stores of the retail chain in Sofia, Plovdiv and Burgas. Every participant will have the opportunity to learn more directly from the producers themselves about Bulgaria’s traditional meat delicacies like fillet “Elena”, "Lukanka panagyurska", “Trapezitsa roll” and “Kayserovan Vrat Trakia” and could taste them as well.
Experts from the institutional partners of the exhibition – Ministry of agriculture and food and the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency, will answer every question about the quality control by the production of those specific foods, made by a traditional recipe. The campaign is organized together with Association “Traditional Raw-Dried Meat Products” and is supported by the Bulgarian Industrial Association.
