LAUNCHING WORKSHOP ON THE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A NATIONAL REFERENCE NETWORK FOR ASSESSING THE COMPETENCE OF THE WORKFORCE BY SECTORS AND

A launching workshop on the Development and Implementation of a National Reference Network for Assessing the Competence of the Workforce by Sectors and Regions shall take place on April 27 - 28 2010 at the Bulgarian Industrial Association (16-20 Alabin Str.). The forum will be part of a project within the Human Resources Development Operational Programme, which has been implemented by the Bulgarian Industrial Association in cooperation with the Confederation of the Independent Trade Unions in Bulgaria and Podkrepa Labour Confederation.

Over 50 representatives of regional and branch organizations, members of the Bulgarian Industrial Association, state institutions, consulting employment agencies, and Human Resources managers from leading companies have been invited to participate in the forum. Renowned experts from the Industrial Association and the project partners will be guest lectors to the event.

The forum objective is to present the essence, aims, structure and organization, as well as the management of the project.
