DISCUSSION ABOUT “CLUSTERS ENHANCEMENT AS A DRIVING FORCE IN THE KNOWLEDGE REGIONS RECOGNITION IN BULGARIA – THE CHALLENGES OF 2010” SHALL TAKE PLACE
Representatives of the branch organizations, members of the Bulgarian Industrial Association are expected to attend the meeting. The Clusters Association in Bulgaria has been invited to take part in the discussion.
The discussion is supposed to lay special emphasis on the basic European insights regarding the active implementation of innovations at regional and sector level, the enhancement of Knowledge Regions and possibilities for regional and transborder cooperation in developing projects in this sphere.
A brief presentation of the project "Development and Implementation of a National Reference Network for Assessing the Competence of the Workforce by Sectors and Regions" shall take place during the forum. The project is being implemented by BIA and is part of the Human Resources Development Operational Programme.
