FIRST BUSINESS FORUM ENTITLED “FOOD AND BEVERAGES”

The even shall be held with the institutional support of the Ministry of Food and Agriculture and the Commission for Consumer Protection. It is organized by the Bulgarian Economic Forum along with the help of Euro-Toques International, European Association of Professional Chefs in Europe, and the Meat-processing Association in Bulgaria.   

The organizers would like the forum to take place annually and become an important place for discussions and exchange of ideas, opinions and insights on the state, development and perspectives before the food and beverages production, manufacturing and trade in Bulgaria and the region.     

The event objective is to gather at one place executive directors, brand mangers, merchandisers, suppliers, producers, importers and exporters, consultants, certifying organizations, bankers, and state administration representatives. The participants will have the opportunity to learn more about the new tendencies and standards in food and beverages production and manufacturing, to exchange experience and challenges, to establish useful business contacts.
