EMPLOYERS TO SUBMIT A NEW DECLARATION FORM IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH ACT BY 30 JUNE 2010
Due to an amendment in Article 15 from the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA), a new declaration form has been established by means of Regulation № 3/23.02.2010
All legal entities and natural persons, who independently employ workers, are obliged to submit the new declaration form in the local offices of the Territorial Directorate of Labour Inspection according to their address registration by 30 June 2010.
To comply with the requirements of Article 15 from the Occupational Safety and Health Act, we recommend that you download all necessary information and samples from the official web site of the General Labour Inspecto Executive Agency (http://www.gli.government.bg/bg/page/386), where you could find electronic versions of the declaration form, guidelines for submission and instructions how to fill it out.
