In accordance with Article 1, Paragraph 1 and Article 7 from a Ministerial Council Decree № 55, dated 12 March 2007, stipulating the requirements and order in appointing an executor on part of beneficiaries of non-recourse finance aid from the European Structural Funds and the EU PHARE Programme,

"Researching EU Member States' experience - good practices, information systems, instruments and partner networks for workforce competence assessment - by conducting expert workshops"
