COMMENTS ON THE MODERNIZED COMMUNITY CUSTOMS CODE – IMPLEMENTING PROVISIONS

DG Taxud published a draft of the Modernized Community Customs Code - Implementing Provisions on 28 January 2011.
The Commission has announced that any comments would be welcomed. Hence, the Bulgarian Industrial Association urges its members and any interested parties to send comments and statements concerning the abovementioned draft code no later than 11 February 2011, Friday, to the following e-mail address ierc4@bia-bg.com
