In respect of Article 1, Paragraph 1 and Article 7 from a Decree № 55 of the Ministerial Council, dated 12 March 2007, stipulating the requirements and procedure for appointing an executor on part of beneficiaries of non-recourse finance aid from the European Structural Funds and the EU PHARE Programme,

Position 1: "Projecting a Sector Competence Model and a Competence Profile for Workforce Competence Assessment"
Position 2: "Projecting a Competence Assessment Map and Rules for the Assessment of the Included Clusters and Competences"
Position 3: "Development of a Summarized Paper entitled 'General Concept of the Competence Assessment System'"
Position 4: "Development of Instructions on how to Approbate and Verify the Effectiveness of Applying Competence Assessment Maps within an Enterprise"
