RESULTS FROM BIA’S PROJECT UNDER HRD OP SHALL BE PRESENTED DURING THE SECOND ANNUAL FORUM SMART WORKPLACE
Uconomics magazine, in cooperation with CEZ GRUOP and the Bulgarian Industrial Association, organizes a forum entitled "SMART WORKPLACE" on 31 March 2011. The forum agenda envisages presenting the project, which BIA has been implementing under Human Resources Development Operational Programme for the Development of Workforce Competence Assessment System (CASSY). Mr. Tomcho Tomov, Head of the Bulgarian Competence Assessment Center with BIA, shall introduce the attendees to the project activities.
The Second annual forum aims at providing common ground to representatives of all parties interested in the human resources development, working environment, occupational health and safety, facility management, office management and development. The highlights in the meeting shall fall on human resources development, workplace environment, occupational health and safety, ergonomic design, intelligent systems and solutions assisting work processes efficiency.
Working environment is where each of us spends over one third of the day. It is on the atmosphere and comfort at the workplace, the employer-employee interaction, and the occupational health and safety that everybody depends to a great extent for attaining better results for themselves, their business and clients.
