BIA INTERNATIONAL MEETING ON NEW PROJECT WITHIN THE PROGRAM "LEONARDO DA VINCI"
On October 28, 2011, the BIA, 15 experts from Belgium, Spain, Portugal, Bulgaria and Turkey will discuss the launch of a new project of BIA under the "Leonardo da Vinci" of the EU.
The project aims at establishing an instrument of communication with foreign workers in particularly hazardous work environment. This will facilitate communication between employers and workers, using different languages and overcome communication barriers between them.
This is especially important when working in hazardous work environments. Therefore, the BIA project is aimed at the sectors of construction, chemicals, metalworking and health.
Through the project will meet the requirement of a new European certification for health and safety (OHS), a specific result of the project will be 7-languagemultimedia training for employers and employees.
