ANALYSIS OF THE MAJOR PROBLEMS IN THE EDUCATION SYSTEM AND THE QUALIFICATION AND RE-QUALIFICATION SYSTEM
One of the major objectives of the research is to identify possibilities to narrow the discrepancy between qualified workforce demand and supply. An overview of the national policy, acting regulations, and the responsible institutions and information systems in the vocational training sphere has been made. Special emphasis has been laid on the regional and sector policies and practices in this area, as well as on corporate programmes for workforce training.
