BULGARIA’S DEPOSITS INSURANCE FUND APPOINTS ASSIGNEE AT CORPBANK
Bulgaria’s Deposits Insurance Fund appointed an assignee at the Corporate Commercial Bank (CorpBank), the press office of the fund announced.
In connection with the ruling of Sofia City Court, made on April 22, to open a procedure on bank’s insolvency, the Management Board of the Deposits Insurance Fund, under Article 26, Paragraph 1 of the Bank Bankruptcy Act, appointed an assignee in the persons of Lazar Iliev and Rosen Angelchev.
