BULGARIANS ARE STILL UNAWARE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THEIR MORTGAGE AGREEMENTS
Despite all the hassle about the amendments to the Consumer Loan Act, Bulgarians are still unaware of the terms and conditions of their mortgage agreements, research by Moite Pari financial portal shows. Some 46% of Bulgarians with mortgage loans are unaware of the way the interest rate on their mortgage loans is formed.
44% believe the interest rate is fixed for the entire period of payment. 58% of Bulgarians with no mortgage loans say they would choose a mortgage loan with a fixed interest rate for the entire payment period. Such an interest rate, however, does not exist on the Bulgarian mortgage market, Sega daily reports. Tweet
