Sofia. Autumn raised the vegetable prices and this resulted in a slight jump in the Bulgarian inflation, data from the National Statistical Institute shows. In October, prices in Bulgaria were up by 0.5%, which is the highest rate in a year.

After six consecutive months of falling prices in September and October they grew by 0.1% and 0.5%, respectively.

However, for the past 12 months, inflation on a whole was - 1.4% .
