Exports of wine for the first nine months of 2012 amounted to 36,790,507 litres, registering an increase of 7.4%, or 2,544,186 litres, compared to the first nine months of 2011 (34,246,321 liters), announced the press centre of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food. The data is from documents issued for the export of wine, products from grapes and wine. The wine sold on the domestic market in the first nine months of 2012 amounted to 68,505,993 litres, the quantity having increased by 10,023,856 litres (17.1%), compared to the same period of 2011 (58,482,137 litres).
