BULGARIA RESUMED ELECTRICITY EXPORTS ON FEBRUARY 21
Bulgaria resumed exporting electricity on February 21 2012 at 1am local time after daytime temperatures rose, operation of all units normalized and the security of the country's electricity system was guaranteed, the Ministry of Economy, Energy and Tourism said.
