DYANKOV REJECTED THE RESTRUCTURING PLAN FOR KREMIKOVTZI
The restructuring plan for Kremikovtzi has been rejected by the Bulgarian Finance Minister Simeon Dyankov, said for Darik Radio Tzvetan Bankov, an assignee for bankruptcy of the steel mill. The plan can not be discussed by the creditors of Kremikovtzi without an approval from the Ministry.
The court has to decide if the plan is suitable or not, claims Bankov. If there is no restructuring plan, an insolvency procedure has to be started according to the law.
