THE DEFICIT DOUBLED IN FEBRUARY
The budget gap is nearly 1.4 billion BGN, reported the Ministry of Finance.
The budget was already overdue by 1.398 billion BGN in late February. This is what consolidated data by the Ministry of Finance pointed out.
In other words, the budget deficit hiked by over two times its size in a month. The national budget deficit is 1.015 billion BGN and the one to the EU funds is 382.4 million BGN.
