TRADE AND INVESTMENT UNDER THE SPOTLIGHT IN STRASBOURG
During a visit to Strasbourg on 18-19 January, International Affairs Director Adrian van den Hoven and EP Senior Adviser Christian Feustel met a number of key MEPs to discuss the latest developments in the area of international trade. They have especially focused on topics such as multilateral trade and general trade policy, but also on more concrete issues such as the future investment policy of the EU and the South-Korea free-trade agreement. All of these dossiers are currently under discussion in the European Parliament and MEPs are due to vote on them in the coming months.
