ONLINE TRADE EXPECTED TO RISE 50% IN 2011
Online trade will increase by at least 50% this year, according to the forecast of the online trade association quoted by Dnevnik Daily. However, the share of the grey economy in online trading is rather high as most of the traders use cash payments.
The clothes, shoes and accessories sales account for nearly half of the market. According to the association, some 60% of the consumers from the big-cities shop online. This is in contradiction to EU data showing that 2-3% of the population is using the service.
