Bulgaria's Financial Supervision Commission said on September 19 2011 that it had approved the share issue prospectus of former privatisation fund Doverie Obedinen Holding, aimed at raising 8.05 million leva from shareholders and outside investors.

The company will place 2.3 million new shares with a nominal value of one leva each at an issue price of 3.5 leva apiece.

If all the stock is subscribed for, its share capital will reach 16.3 million leva. Shareholders will be entitled to rights to buy stock as part of the transaction, but if they are not willing to exercise them, the rights could be sold through the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.

Doverie Obedinen Holding is 26.7 per cent-owned by local pharma group Sopharma, while a further 10.54 per cent stake is held by local company Rasafi.
