EDIGISTARS - BUILDING OF DIGITAL ENTREPRENEURIAL CAPACITIES OF THE ELDERLY THROUGH THE INNOVATIVE TRAINING SYSTEM

Goals:
The main goal of the project is to develop sustainable ecosystems that successfully turn elderly workers into self-employed entrepreneurs who offer digital services. This will be done by developing an innovative eDigiStars transregional system, piloting the system and ensuring the sustainability of the results. The system consists of 3 modules:
- PowerUp module - will motivate elderly people to acquite digital competences for the purpose of becoming self/employed offering digital services;
- Campus module - the module will guide the providers of training courses on how to effectively adapt their courses to the needs of the target group of the project - people over 50;
- Label module - this tool is aimed at various participants in the labor market - labour offices, employers' associations, ensuring the quality of the workforce by certifying the acquired knowledge and skills and building trust in employers.
