TOOLBOXLAB - TRAINING COURSE AND ONLINE OSH RESOURCES FOR LINE MANAGERS
About the project
- Identify specific needs of supervisors in construction sector in terms of training and supporting their co-workers on OSH and understanding potential challenges due to differences in background among co-workers
- Identify existing toolbox concepts in the different countries
- Transfer the existing concepts and approaches to the context of the construction sector in all partner countries
- Develop toolboxes on specific OSH issues for construction workers and transfer them to different countries and languages
- Enhance training skills, competences and knowledge of the line managers in the sector regarding effective toolboxes
- Contribute to the OSH and OSH understanding of all workers in construction
