• increased awareness of the benefits of financial participation of workers (with regard to corporate governance) among the CEE social partner organisations, companies, employee representatives (TU-s), government and other stakeholders,
  • improving further the knowledge of financial participation systems in CEE, their practical application through the employers’ and employees feedback on their experiences, behavior, attitude and expectations,
  • facilitating the exchange of information and best practices among companies who operate employee financial involvement schemes,
  • fostering a tax and legislative environment in CEE that encourages and supports the development of employee financial involvement.
