BIA signed an agreement for partnership with the National Confederation of Entrepreneurs’ (Employers') Organizations of Azerbaijan Republic
On May 15th in BIA was given the start of a meeting with employers’ organizations’ representatives from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kirgizstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan, who will be trained by BIA experts in the frames of a project financed by the ILO. Bojidar Danev – the President of BIA – gave the official start of the meeting in the presence of ILO representatives.
Among the issues included in the seminar program are:
Issues of the Social Dialogue in Bulgaria on national, sector and regional level,
Issues the employers face in the sphere of the Healthy and Safe Labor Conditions, including a presentation of the possibilities of the “Labor Conditions” Fund,
BIA’s System for professional training and qualification, including training in the sphere of IT,
PR and Member Recruitment,
International and Economic Relations,
BIA’s policy for SMEs,
International Projects,
Maintaining Data Base and Informational Technologies.
Event’s schedule includes a visitation in the European Quality and Productivity Center in Sofia, and a visitation in Stara Zagora where the guests will be introduced to the projects and the activities of the Regional Industrial Association.
The guests showed immense interest during the meeting in Sofia. They will have the opportunity to use BIA’s experience in offering various types of services for their members and participation in the National and International Partnership Organs. One of the main aims of the forum is to activate the possibilities for mutual participation in projects with international financing.
