Employers in general supported, the projects regarding the budget of RB and PSS budget for 2012, but according to them to increase the minimum wage (minimum wage) may be negotiated only in spring or summer next year.
This became clear after continued until late tonight (October 28, 2011) meeting of the National Council for Tripartite Cooperation, in which BIA was represented by its Vice President and Chief Dimitar Brankov Scientific Secretary of BAS Prof. StefanHadjitodorov.
The position of BIA is that updating the minimum wage should be parallel with the updating of minimum pensions, depending on the fiscal resources required and esteemed regarding the impact of this measure. In addition, BIA is opposed to administrative determination of the minimum insurance income on economic sectors in which no agreement was reached between employers and unions.
